Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before securely packing them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
